  1. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to several reasons:

    1. Incorrect or Outdated Address: If the provided address is incorrect or outdated, the package may be stored temporarily by the courier before being returned. It's essential to double-check your address when placing an order.

      • To see if your original tracking number has been assigned a local post tracking number, click here.

    2. System Recognition Issues: Our system might not recognize the address format, or the assigned carrier cannot deliver to that address.

    3. Restricted Addresses: Deliveries to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may be subject to specific restrictions.

    4. Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they return the package to us.

    5. Recipient Refusal: A recipient unaware of a gift or delivery might refuse the package, believing it's a mistake.

    Address Correction Procedures

    • If the Order Has Shipped: For incorrect shipping addresses on shipped orders, please submit a ticket so we can assess the possibility of sending a replacement. However, please note that it's not guaranteed, as all sales are final and refunds cannot be granted.

    • Before the Order Ships: If you notice an address error before shipment, submit a ticket so we can determine the best approach to resolve the issue.

      • Minor Errors: For minor mistakes (e.g., "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles"), your local post office might still identify the correct address. Please contact them for assistance.

      • Significant Errors: If critical details like street name, zip code, or city are incorrect, we will contact your local post office on your behalf to make necessary corrections. If corrections aren't possible, we will send a replacement.

    Policy on Undeliverable Packages

    We cannot re-ship orders returned as undeliverable for the reasons mentioned above, except as noted in the address correction procedures. If you still wish to purchase the same items, please place a new order on our website.
