Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product:

Action Required: Please provide three photos of the damaged item from different angles.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will process a replacement order with the same shipping speed as your original purchase.

Note: There is no need to return the damaged item to us.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is entirely different from what you ordered (e.g., ordering a dress but receiving shoes):

Action Required: Submit three photos of the received item from various angles.

Resolution: We will initiate a replacement order with the original shipping speed.

Note: Returning the incorrect item is not necessary.
Please be aware that if the item received matches the description but does not meet personal expectations (e.g., perceived weight or size discrepancies), we cannot offer a replacement.
Undelivered Orders After 30 Days
If you have not received your order within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered by carriers like USPS or Canada Post):

Resolution: You are eligible for a free replacement order with the same shipping speed as your original purchase.

Note: If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please contact your local post office for assistance.
Important Timeframe
Please note that claims for damaged or incorrect items, as well as undelivered orders, must be made within 7 business days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for claims made after this period.
